The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know beforehand. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. This centrally located apartment offers easy access to lovely sights and memorable scenes that Tempe has to offer. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in our units that measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, no exceptions. [SI]
