Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals with a fee of $20 per pet per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for stays of 8-29 nights, or $300 flat rate for stays of 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. This centrally located apartment offers easy access to lovely sights and memorable scenes in Tempe. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
