We welcome 2 pets per apartment home.There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee and $200 pet deposit for one pet and $400 non-refundable pet fee and $400 pet deposit for two pets. Pet rent is $40 per month for one pet or $70 per month for two. No weight limit, however, aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please call our leasing office for complete pet policy.
