The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove & oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker & coffee essentials, electric kettle, blender, air fryer, and a full set of glasses, silverware, pots & pans, along with a dining table and chairs. Unwind in the beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with king-size beds with luxe linens, a work desk & chair in the primary bedroom, soft lighting with reading lamps, and 43" Smart TVs. The pristine bathrooms offer a shower/bath combo, fresh towels & essential toiletries, ample mirror space, and bright lighting. A dedicated parking space is available, with additional parking options nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $25/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, with 24 hours' notice. Nestled at the base of the picturesque McDowell Mountains, this exclusive neighborhood offers a peaceful, serene environment with stunning views of rugged desert terrain and the valley below. It's known for its luxurious custom homes and proximity to world-class golf courses like TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk Golf Club, as well as upscale shopping centers like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Dining options abound, and nearby Scottsdale Waterfront and Old Town Scottsdale provide additional entertainment and cultural experiences. The community is perfectly positioned for hiking, biking, and exploring the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. Any noise complaints or violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy; if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Noise monitors are installed in the units and if tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. Guests will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 replacement fee, and key fob replacements will cost $150.
