The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with high-end appliances and thoughtful details in every corner. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights: additional $25 per night, 8-29 nights: additional $200, 30+ nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Dedicated parking space is available with additional parking options nearby. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. A lockbox is provided and must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors, so keep the keys on you. The primary bedroom includes a work desk and chair, providing a comfortable space for remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
