Imagine desert light spilling through the windows, the heated pool glistening under the sun while you hear the playful roar of life-size dinosaurs nearby. Inside, the bright space feels like an effortless blend of comfort and a fun vibe, perfect for a group celebration or a relaxed getaway. The living area features a smart TV and central air conditioning that keep the space comfortable any time of day. A theme room with life-size dinosaurs and a collection of life-size games adds a playful vibe, while a private entrance makes coming and going easy. Wi-Fi supports both relaxed streaming and any light work needs. The full-size kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker for quick mornings. A large dining table provides a gathering spot for shared meals before heading out to explore Old Town Scottsdale. Step outside to a private backyard where a year-round heated pool shimmers under the desert sun. Pool toys and a selection of life-size games, ping-pong, a giant Connect 4, and cornhole add extra fun. A fire pit, grill, and an outdoor dining area with sun loungers create a perfect setting for evening conversations and relaxed dining under the stars. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $40 per day of stay. Up to one car may park in the driveway and additional cars may park for free. The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood that offers a calm backdrop while keeping easy access to local attractions. During inclement weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly and after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind and no firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. The grill and firepit is offered free of charge. If the propane runs low or is empty, the guest is responsible to refill the tank for use during their stay. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads.
