Casa Del Mar is equipped with all the amenities you need and is conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Phoenix Open, Westworld, Old Town Scottsdale, and the Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter Shopping metropolis, all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home features Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and abundant sunshine. The Master Suite and Guest Suite each have a king-size bed and TV, while another guest room offers two bunk beds with full-size bottoms and twin-size top bunks. The game room in the separate detached guest casita/pool house includes a queen pull-out couch, accommodating up to 14-15 guests, though 12 is more comfortable. Enjoy the backyard with an optional heated pool and a new water slide, a BBQ grill, an outdoor patio TV, and a pool house game room with a big Wi-Fi-enabled TV. The game room also features a ping pong table, bumper pool table/poker table, and a variety of other billiard and board games. Optional pool heating is available at a daily rate of $75 for stays of five days or more and $100 per day for shorter stays. A rate of $1250 is available for a full month. One dog is allowed with approval, and a non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property. There is a $400/month electric cap during the summer months (June through September) for full-month reservations, and guests are responsible for any overages. The property can accommodate a maximum of 14-15 people, but 12 is more comfortable.
