Enjoy the in-ground pool, above-ground spa, propane firepit, and smart TVs with streaming services. The outdoor dining seating area includes a TV, and the home is equipped with a washer and dryer, plus a starter amount of detergents. The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, cooking essentials, silverware, and dishware. Bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer in each. All high-quality linens, including multiple towels for bath, pool, spa, and hand use, are provided. Pets are welcome upon approval with a fee applied. A $75 pet fee per dog is required, and all dog waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, a fine may be imposed. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge, with approval required. This home is under video surveillance and utilizes a decibel monitoring system to ensure noise remains at a reasonable level. No smoking, parties, or events are allowed. Check-in is between 4-6pm AZ time. No mailbox access will be granted, and packages sent via USPS will not be accepted. Guests can send packages via UPS, FedEx, or Amazon at their own discretion. The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the reservation. Per City of Scottsdale regulations, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children. Excessive outdoor noise is prohibited, and fines will be charged for violations.
