You and your guests can enjoy the best of Scottsdale, then return for a meal cooked at the fully equipped kitchen and take a dip in the jacuzzi. Ideally located close to different attractions, this unit is just a short drive away from everything and is even walkable to Kierland Commons. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. One towel per guest per stay.
