The condo is ideally located close to different attractions and is a short drive away from everything, even walkable to Kierland Commons. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.
