Pool access is subject to season and weather. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Kierland Commons, this apartment is close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and spas. It is a short drive away from various attractions and walkable to Kierland Commons. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds.
