There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking and must pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
