Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
