The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and essentials, electric kettle, hot and cold water, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with fresh linens, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The bathroom is stocked with a shower/tub, wash basin and mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and basic toiletries. One dedicated parking spot is available. Guests will need to print the parking pass—details will be included in the check-in instructions. Pets are permitted with prior approval based on size and breed (service animals are always welcome). To avoid cancellation, please inform us in advance about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee of $20 per night applies. There is no weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid. There is a limit of two pets, and only cats or dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will apply. This centrally located apartment is the ideal spot for both work and play. All guests must be 23 years old and above. Noise monitors are installed in the apartment. These devices measure sound levels (not conversations) and will incur a fee if tampered with. Additionally, security cameras are placed in hallways for your safety. [SI]
