Bedroom 2 features two full-size beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, a 4K 43" HDR smart TV, and reading lamps. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning.
