There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. In the event of repeated violations, local law enforcement may be involved to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. Noise monitors are installed in the unit (they do not record sounds or conversations), they just measure the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
