There may be additional parking in garages or on the street nearby. An additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required per pet. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines. If tampered with, there will be a fee for the noise monitors installed in our units. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
