The apartment comes with one garage parking nearby, with additional parking spots potentially available near the property or on the street. For units that permit pets, there is an additional cleaning fee required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be available at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to scheduling. A $500 fee applies for lost or unreturned keys. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, with a $500 fine for any signs of smoking. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Regular pest control is conducted at the property, but seasonal changes may occasionally bring small bugs like ants. The apartment is equipped with high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, an office desk and chair, and centralized AC/heating, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
