An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights at $25 per night, 8-29 nights at $200, and 30+ nights at $300. There is a two-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability.
