A fine of $500 will be imposed if any signs of smoking are found. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated for a fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property, but due to seasonal changes, you may occasionally notice small bugs. A lockbox is provided and must be kept locked at all times.
