Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends, and end at 7am. There is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the apartment. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it, plus the additional cost of the ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
