Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs are allowed. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
