Roosevelt Row, or “RoRo”, is a very walkable arts district filled with impressive sculptures, colorful murals, and art exhibits. During the first Friday of every month, locals are given the opportunity to immerse themselves in culture and art with the First Friday Art Walk. The Valley Metro Rail connects residents to the airport’s sky train, zoo, and Desert Botanical Garden. Transportation options available in Phoenix include Van Buren/1st Ave, located 0.3 miles from the apartment. It is near Phoenix Sky Harbor International, located 5.9 miles or 12 minutes away, and Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 32.7 miles or 44 minutes away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum two pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds].
