Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
