Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
