Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs will result in a $200 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
