The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, a 55" 4K HDR smart TV, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and essentials, electric kettle, sink, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, and include a bathtub with shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet. One parking spot is included, and guests must print their parking pass (details provided in the check-in instructions). Pets are allowed upon prior approval and subject to an additional fee of $20 per night. We allow up to 2 pets (dogs or cats only). Breed restrictions apply: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids. Strategically placed in a quiet neighborhood, you have access to places of interest, including pubs, bars, good food places, and businesses. The apartment is located in a vibrant area with nightlife nearby, and some weekend noise from bars or foot traffic may be heard. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty. Noise monitors (non-recording) are installed to detect excessive decibel levels, and tampering will result in a fee. Hallway security cameras are in place for guest safety. All guests must be 23 years old and above. To comply with legal and building security regulations, all guests may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, submit a valid credit card matching the ID name, and complete our verification portal. A background check may be requested by building management. Repeated policy violations may result in removal from the property, with any costs incurred charged to the guest.
