This casita is situated within a private, gated property. Every detail of this home has been carefully curated for your enjoyment. This 1-bedroom casita features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen complete with an in-unit washer and dryer. Dogs and cats are allowed with approval and a pet fee of $150. This home is centrally located in the historic Garfield neighborhood, minutes from Scottsdale, Glendale, and more. Downtown, less than a mile away, is the Phoenix Convention Center, Phoenix Children's Museum, Symphony Hall, and the Arizona Science Center, as well as a bustling nightlife including Chase Field and the Footprint Center. The airport is 8 minutes away. Please shut off the propane fire pit when not in use and notify your host when it is getting low. Gate must be shut after arrival and departure. Please no additional guests other than the ones staying, unless arranged in advance. Violating this will result in a $200 charge per person per day and possible cancellation of your booking. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed, and violating this will result in a $500 fine. No parties are allowed. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called, you could be asked to leave with no refund and will be responsible for all fines incurred from city violations. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. Any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property. Be respectful of the neighbors.
