Perfectly located near restaurants, museums, nightlife, and top attractions, this apartment offers modern design, comfort, and convenience. No additional guests are allowed other than the ones staying, unless arrangements are made in advance; violating this will result in a $200 charge per person per day and possible cancellation of your booking. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. Pets are not allowed. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking, vaping, or drug use, and violating this will result in a $500 fine. No parties are allowed; business events are an exception. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called, you could be asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged when available but will be an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. The cleaning crew will enter the home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate. If another guest must be refunded due to a guest staying in the property, the guest will reimburse for any refunds given. No crypto mining is allowed on premises; should it be found that this is happening, the guest will be asked to leave and no refund issued. Be respectful of the neighbors.
