The gated apartment is part of a duplex unit, and each side has its own parking. The east apartment is occupied by a permanent tenant, so the whole west end of the duplex is your area. The interior has been updated with all the necessary amenities (i.e., washer-dryer, stove, microwave, air-conditioning, heater, plumbing, and electrical). Additionally, the apartment is fully furnished, has dishware and linens if preferred. Dogs are welcome, with a refundable pet fee, NO CATS (thank you for understanding.) The property is a 15 min walk or 2 min drive to downtown entertainment, that includes: (Footprint Center) Phoenix Suns Stadium (Chase Field) Arizona Diamondbacks Stadium Music/art district Light rail Downtown campuses - ASU, U of A, and NAU Banner-Hospital/University Medical Center Sky Harbor airport is 3 miles from the apartment. Please note: If you would like to rent the apartment unfurnished, we can accommodate with a 6-month lease agreement. Minimum lease is 3 months but, can be leased on a yearly basis if preferred.
