Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 features 2 full-size beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, and reading lamps. Both inviting full bathrooms are completely private and separated from the main room and are stocked with essential toiletries, a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in/check-out at a fee of $25 per hour.
