Carl Ong – Real Estate Professional | Entrepreneur | Community Leader
Born and raised in Tempe, Arizona, Carl Ong is a true Valley of the Sun native. After graduating from Corona del Sol High School, he studied Marketing at Arizona State University, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
Carl’s career began in the entertainment industry, where he spent over a decade leading Liquid Karma Entertainment, developing marketing strategies for some of the area’s most successful nightclubs and restaurants. Following the sale of that venture, he launched Travel 24-7, a full-service travel agency serving clients across the U.S. and Canada, and later founded Create Proof Print, a thriving printing and marketing agency.
In 2019, Carl transitioned into real estate, bringing his entrepreneurial spirit, marketing expertise, and deep local knowledge to the industry. Since then, he has been recognized as a Top 20 Agent at My Home Group multiple times, earned membership in the Million Dollar Month Club on multiple occasions, and in 2024 was honored as both a President’s Roundtable Gold Recipient by WeSERV and an Elite Producers Club member at My Home Group—awards reserved for the top-performing agents in the region and brokerage.
Today, Carl resides in Eastmark, where he serves on the community leadership team and is actively involved in local events and volunteer efforts. He and his wife, Cathy, are proud parents to Caitlyn, Hailey, and Nathan, along with their three dogs—Toffee, Coco, and Lucky. Outside of work, they enjoy concerts, sporting events, traveling, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara, CA.
