Nice tree covered property where you are just a ¼ mile from the Arizona Folklore Preserve and ½ mile from the Ramsey Canyon Preserve. Hike up the canyon or just relax under the trees. Not the best place for small pets as there are the usual woodland creatures including deer,turkeys,bobcats,mountain lions,etc. Property owners will not be responsible for damage/injuries caused by wildlife. Property is served by a natural spring well with high mineral content.
