FALL 2025 is OPEN (apply below using the link!) *Please note prices are subject to change at anytime.* Wavertree is 4 bedroom x 4 bathroom apartment layout only we do not have other layouts. (Apply with three other roommates or individually.) Rent rates are PER room not for the whole unit. We are located within walking distance of NAU, CCC and Downtown Flagstaff. We are student housing but house non-students as well. 51 S Maricopa St. Flagstaff AZ 86001 NO PETS - ESA allowed with specific paperwork requirements. In order to secure your spot, the application, cosigner(if requirements are not met), and security deposit will need to be FULLY completed. We will then send over the Rental Agreement and Move-In Paperwork. Leasing will start August 1st. 2025 and will run through May 31st (10 month lease) or July 31st, 2026 (12 month lease). *For different move in dates please let us know we are flexible! Current rent price is per room: $850.00 for a 10 or 12 month lease No Parking - Plenty of parking around outside of complex This rate per month includes ALL utilities(water, gas, electric, trash) and WiFi. A $600 security deposit will be due once application is completed. $300.00 is refundable upon completion of lease pending no damages/issues. Once we receive your application, we will contact you directly from the email provided on the application for further instructions and next steps. This could be a cosigner form if qualifications are not met, or information on how to pay the security deposit. The process is relatively quick.
