Dogs and Cats Allowed

We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. We allow cats and dogs with maximum weight of 80 lbs. There is no pet deposit, however there is a onetime pet fee of $350. Monthly pet rent is $40 for one pet and $80 for two pets. Please call our leasing office for complete pet policy information.
