Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 7 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. One towel is provided per guest per stay.
