House Rules -Single Occupancy per Room – No subleasing or room sharing allowed. -Guests – Max 3 nights per visit, 15 nights per year. Longer stays require written approval. -Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. -Shared Area Cleanliness – Always clean up after using the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. -No Indoor Smoking – Smoking is allowed outdoors at least 25 ft away from all entrances/windows. -Pets – Not allowed unless approved. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine. -Wi-Fi Use – For tenants only. Passwords should not be shared with guests. -Laundry Etiquette – Remove laundry within 30 minutes of cycle completion.
