We are offering by-the-bed rentals with fully furnished common areas. All Individual Room Leases are available for the 10-month school year or for 12 months. Students must be enrolled in school for the semester for which they are applying. Move in availability began August 1, 2026. Bedroom #2 is currently available for 2026-2027. Bedrooms #1 and #3 are unavailable. Security Deposit: $600 per bedroom Monthly Rates: Bedrooms 1-2: $700 Bedroom 3: $775 includes private bathroom in room Fully Furnished!
