We are offering by-the-bed rentals with fully furnished common areas. All Individual Room Leases are available for the 10-month school year or for 12 months. Students must be enrolled in school for the semester for which they are applying. Move in availability began July 1, 2025. There will be a 2% discount if tenant pre-pays in full per semester.
