We are offering by-the-bed rentals with fully furnished common areas. All Individual Room Leases are available for the 10-month school year or for 12 months. Students must be enrolled in school for the semester for which they are applying. Move in availability began June 1, 2026. Security Deposit: $600 per bedroom Monthly Rates: Bedrooms 1-2: $700 Bedroom (Room 1- Available 6/1 and Room 2-Available 8/10) Bedroom 3: $750 includes private ½ bathroom in room (Available 8/10). Fully Furnished! All pricing shown is per person rates, not for the full unit! Groups are encouraged. There will be a 3% discount if tenant pre-pays in full for duration of the lease. There will be a 2% discount if tenant pre-pays in full per semester.
