Cooling: Tenant provides own A/C Unit(s) (if desired), A/C units may be provided by owner in some circumsatances. Yardwork & Snow Removal: Tenant is responsible for yardwork and snow removal. Must have their own mower/trimmer and lawn watering hoses/sprinklers.
