It is located in a family-owned and operated eight family apartment building.All units include the use of appliances (stove, refrigerator, dish washer, washer and dryer), and central air conditioning. One personal garage space is included for a single vehicle (with some space for storage), plus one off-street open air parking space. The building offers a secured lobby with intercom system, allowing you to buzz in guests.The living room offers cathedral ceilings, an office nook with ample natural light, and a personal balcony. The kitchen has lots of counter space and storage, a dishwasher, an open floor plan with access to the living room, and a closet for private washer and dryer (included).Snow and yard maintenance are provided. We use a plow service for the common area of the parking lot, however cleanup of your personal parking space (and in front of your garage) would be your own responsibility. Water is included, gas and electric are not.The limit of occupancy is four heartbeats (regardless of age, it is still only available to a max of two people per bedroom). Rent is $1475/mo, with $1475 security deposit. We do require the combined income of all applicants to be a minimum of $4,250 per month. Pets are not approved at this location, and any ESA’s will require pre-approval from management, and paperwork from a local medical provider to be submitted to our legal advisors for approval.We ask that interested parties fill out a pre-screening questionnaire (I will send link via email asap).
