Dogs must be no more than 30 lbs on the 2nd floor and no more than 80 lbs on the 1st floor. Weights are to be determined as adult dogs. No more than 2 pets per apartment. Additional monthly fee of $25 per month per cat, $40 per month per dog. Security deposit on an apartment with pets is $500 total. No aggressive breeds.
