About Ridges II
Bright, neutral colors and high-grade carpeting highlight this unit. A large kitchen, open to a dining area; includes appliances, plenty of counter space and attractive oak cabinets. Comfortable living room and bedrooms provide ample living space and storage.
Rent includes lawn mowing and miscellaneous maintenance. Tenants pay for their own utilities which include gas for heat, electricity, water and sewerage, telephone and cable TV. Tenants sign a one-year lease and a security deposit is required.
