About Oxford Point Apartments
Full kitchen updates happened in early 2018. They include new cabinets, sink, microwaves, and appliances!
The Oxford Point Apartments have a great location! Just 1 block from UWSP. There is on-site coin-operated laundry in the basement and an additional bike room for the winter. Parking is permit only and each apartment only gets one permit. The permit is an additional $50/year.
Why live in a house with a bunch of roommates when you can have your own place? Heat and water are included with the rent. There are grocery stores, shopping, and numerous restaurants within 1 mile of the apartment. These apartments are renting fast!
