It also comes with a trundle. The basement has a sofa bed. The home can allow 7 people to sleep but works better for 1-4 people. We can provide bedding items. There is a large furnished living room (with a very nice and large sectional sofa, a coffee table, and a TV) and a dining area (with a dining table and benches), and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is also a finished basement with a nice bar, a sofa bed, and a sofa. There is a laundry room with a drier and a washer. It comes with a garage as well. It has a nice backyard. These utilities are included sewer, garbage, a You/tube TV account, and internet. Tenants needs to pay gas, electricity, and water fees. Tenants needs to do yard care and snow removal. Renter's insurance is required. We do require background check and no eviction history. Applicants' credit score is expected be at least 620 (negotiable). Non shed non aggressive dogs will be considered with a $100 per month per dog fee.
