We handle all the yard care/snow shoveling, and have a plowing contract with a highly reliable, local company that ensures you can always get out of the driveway and off to work on time. We clean the areas shared between the two units (the hallway and stairs). The apartment is partially furnished (not all items in the photos are included, but included items are the ones you see in the photos): a sofa, TV table, a coffee table, a dining table and four chairs, a matching sideboard, rugs in LR, DR, BR, and kitchen; microwave, coffee maker, space heater, HEPA air cleaner, a dresser, a small desk with rolling desk chair, all window coverings, entryway shoe rack. (Note: artwork, towels, other decor shown in photos are not included) Due to my allergies, I kindly request a chemical- and fragrance-free environment (no air fresheners, scented candles, intense perfumes, or strong hair chemicals). I'll supply fragrance-free laundry soap, dryer balls, and cleaning supplies for your first three months to help cover any costs associated with making that transition. I (upstairs) am a quiet adult, and the layout of the two units means there is minimal noise transmission across units. I have 2 beagles so there is barking from time to time (they run outside barking) and since we share an entryway, you'll encounter them. They love people and I hope you love dogs. The apartment requires a one-year lease and does not permit sub-leasing or adding new renters without prior approval. The $40 application fee (applicable toward your first month's rent) covers a background and credit check, including your income-to-rent ratio.
