We are now offering live video tours of the apartments during Open House and other times by appointment via Google's Duo video application (both Android and Apple iOS) which offers simple, high quality video calls for smartphones, tablets, computers, and Smart Displays like the Google Nest Hub Max.

This is how it works:
1. Call 414-964-8100 or send an email to [email address removed] stating you would like a video tour. Please provide the cellphone number you would like to use for the video tour and the property you would like to tour. We will send to you a text with an invitation to have the video tour.
2. Once you accept the invitation and you have or already installed the Google Duo application on your cellphone, we will initiate the tour during business hours or at the appointed time arranged in advance.
3. We will begin the tour by showing you the property common areas and the apartment in real time using the forward facing camera on our cellphone.
4. You can ask questions and/or direct to see anything specifically, just as if you are there.
5. Other times outside of the Open House can be arranged by appointment.
We can even undertake the entire rental process online, including submitting your deposit and/or other fees, as applicable!
