This is a charming, turn of the century, stucco home. Very warm and cozy. Comes with Central Air, a clean basement, and all electrical has been updated. I am not your typical owner. I like things clean and I make sure everything works properly. I am looking for someone who will take care of this place like it is THEIR home, not mine. No smoking at all. Pets are not preferred but we can discuss. This is a perfect place for 2 people but maybe up to 3 people depending on their ages. A more charming or cleaner apartment you will not find.
