- Newman Heights is a private apartment building that offers off-campus housing for students. Our tenants are UWP students, Fennimore Tech students, Dubuque students, recent grads, etc.
The building was created with the mission of offering quality housing for young adults, a safe property with very good location, offering furnished apartments with all in-unit appliances included and with different shared areas set on different floors.
- Our 12 months commitment will go from June 2026 - May 2027. And current tenants will have priority over new tenants to renew their spots when leasing season restarts in the Fall (off-campus leasing season starts nine months before leases begins)
Check-in appointments will be (only) offered in the month of June (the month the lease agreement begins). Please refrain from requesting a different lease length, as there are no other options offered at the moment.
- Bedroom in the 4B Apartment = $549/month (per bed/per person).
- Studio Apartment = $679/month (per studio/per person)
- Security Deposit = $549 or $679 (one time. If renewing your lease, the security deposit will carry over)
- The 4B Apt includes: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer, dryer, fridge with top freezer (the freezer has an ice machine), stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, 50" smart TV, and it's fully furnished with couches, coffee tables, kitchen table and chairs. Also its bedrooms will include: twin XL bed, mattress (memory foam), desk, chair, dresser with two drawers, storage space underneath the bed, etc.

- Studio Apt: bathroom, twin XL bed, your own fridge, microwave and TV in the room area, and you would share the stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer with the other studio. Meaning: the studio option comes in pairs (Studio A + Studio B) with two private entrances, and a common laundry/stove area. Also furnished with the same furniture listed above for the bedrooms.

- The Electric+Heat average is $15-$25/month/person in 4B, and $30-$45/month/person in Studio.
- The recurring $549/m or $679/m includes: water, high speed internet (WiFi & Ethernet in each room), snow removal, garbage removal, lawn care, maintenance service, and other services in the building common areas such as: fitness room, theater room (with Xbox, Nintendo Switch, popcorn machine, and darts), unlimited printing (B/W), bike storage, game area with pool table and ping pong table, study rooms, poker room, etc.
The washing machines and dryers located in the units do not require any additional payments either.
- No-Animal policies: none of the units allow animals. Animals cannot be brought into common areas of the building either.
- Non-smoking policies: non-smoking property. If smoking outside, we kindly request to avoid smoking near the windows of the apartments.
- Patio: patio furniture set up is seasonal. You may have seen pictures of the patio when doing your online research, you may noticed pictures with patio tables and chairs and without, this is because we store those items during the winter season.
