This unit is being offered by Northeastern Wi Affordable Housing Solutions. We are a 501C3, nonprofit organization that works with families, to help them become self-sufficient. This two bedroom/two bath unit is an upstairs unit with 1600 sq ft. It has recently been refurbished which includes a new refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well. Our tenant/clients are expected to pay utilities. Our mission as a non-profit is to offer safe, stable housing at below fair market rental rates. We work with Catholic Charities in order to have our tenant/clients learn more about financial stability. This occurs as a once a month, one-one meeting held virtually. These financial counseling meetings help our tenant/clients learn more about creating a stable financial life for themselves and their families. These meetings are required per our lease.
